The third workshop on Theory and Practice of Blockchains aims to enable interdisciplinary research and foster collaboration among theoreticians and practitioners in blockchain protocols, distributed systems, and cryptography. The program includes recent research in all areas relevant to the theory and practice of blockchains. In particular, consensus protocols, zero-knowledge proofs, privacy and anonymity-preserving techniques, language design and semantics for smart contracts, formal verification of cryptographic protocols and implementations, among other relevant topics.

On May 25th Concordium Blockchain Research Center Aarhus, together with The Department of Computer Science of Aarhus University, inaugurated the Theory and Practice and Multi-Party Computation (TPMPC 2020) workshop, which will carry on until June 4th.
Concordium will participate in Consensus 2020. The three-day event is going to take place from 11th to 13th May 2020 and it aims to be a big tent for blockchain technology attracting every major company, developer, and investor in the industry.
From May 4th to May 6th, Concordium’s team participates in Ready Layer One. This event is a mixture between a hackathon, a conference, and a seminar where the participants build decentralized applications using the next-gen of layer 1 protocols.
